為全面貫徹落實習近平總書記在中國文聯十一大、中國作協十大開幕式上的講話精神，弘揚中華優秀傳統文化，中國美術家協會定于2022年9月舉辦“2022·深圳國際水墨雙年展”，旨在推動水墨藝術在世界多樣文化交流語境下的當代發展，推出更多弘揚民族文化、反映現實生活、體現創造精神的優秀作品，促進中外藝術交流，彰顯中國文化自信。現將展覽的有關事宜通知如下：

六、展覽規模：本次展覽將展出作品310件（國內作品230件、國際作品80件）。
七、參展要求
1.投稿作品應為2018年以后創作的水墨畫作品。
2.主題：章，美也。含章，包含，美質。投稿作品應表現現代人文氣質和時代內涵，探討當代水墨的發展脈絡，注重美學品味和藝術質量。
3.尺寸：作品畫芯尺寸不超過200cm（高）×180cm（寬），郵寄打包后木箱尺寸各邊小于240cm，包裝后重量不超過50kg。超尺寸作品作者將取消評選資格。
4.初評：國內送展作者需提供10寸作品照片1張，一人僅限投稿1張（含合作），多投者（重復投稿者）不予受理。照片背面請注明：姓名（以身份證為準，要求身份信息真實、準確有效）、作品名（與畫面相同）、尺寸（高×寬cm）、詳細聯系地址、郵編、聯系電話、展覽名稱，并粘貼身份證復印件。作品照片截稿時間：自本通知發布之日起至2022年6月9日止，以收件地郵戳為準。照片收件地址：北京市朝陽區北沙灘一號院32號樓中國美協，郵編：100083，收件人：姚佳良，辦公電話：010-59759687，信封備注：時代含章——2022·深圳國際水墨雙年展。
國外作者請登錄深圳文學藝術網官網（http://m.1111567.com）首頁，下載“2022·深圳國際水墨雙年展”征稿通知，根據報名要求提交資料完成報名程序。
5.復評：作品初評結果在中國美術家協會網站公布。初評入圍作者按要求郵寄原作參加復評（收件時間地點另行通知，原作寄送須妥善包裝并上保險，通過正規物流公司郵寄，防止郵寄中破損遺失）。原作背面右下角請注明：姓名（以身份證為準，要求身份信息真實、準確有效）、作品名（與畫面相同）、尺寸（高×寬cm）、詳細聯系地址、郵編、聯系電話、展覽名稱，并粘貼身份證復印件。初評未入圍作者不另行通知，照片不退。復評落選作品退件。
6.送展作品一律為作者原創作品，嚴禁使用高仿、抄襲他人、復制自己作品參展。否則造成任何法律糾紛或責任，作者自負，并在中國美協網站進行公告，取消其參展資格。中國美協現已啟動評選識別排重系統，與歷次展覽參展作品進行排查，凡重復的作品一律取消參展資格。
八、作者待遇
1.入選作品前50件的作者具備申請中國美術家協會會員資格的一次條件。(港澳臺及海外作品參加入選資格評審，不參加申請中國美術家協會入會資格一次條件的評選)
2.入選作品展后退件。
3.每位參展作者獲贈畫冊一本。
4.組委會向參展作者頒發證書。
九、主辦單位對參展作品有展覽、研究、攝影、錄像、出版及宣傳權。
十、凡送作品參評、參展作者，視為已確認并遵守本征稿通知的各項規定。展覽信息可登錄中國美術家協會網站（www.caanet.org.cn）查看。

VI. Exhibition Scope
The exhibition will consist of 80 works by international artists.
VII. Exhibition Requirements
1. All submitted works must be ink paintings created after 2018
2. Subject: The theme of this year's art is loosely inspired by the word "zhang", which means.splendor and beauty. Works should express the humanistic temperament and feelings of the times, explore development of contemporary ink art, and focus on aesthetic taste and artistic quality.
3. Size: the size of the painted area of artwork should not exceed 200cm (height) × 180cm (width). With regards to packing and shipping, if using a wooden crate, no side should exceed 240cm and the overall package weight should not exceed 50kg. Any oversize works will be immediately disqualified.
4.Preliminary Evaluation:to enter artwork, please submit a high-resolution photograph of your work in JPG format (dimensions must be larger than 5MB and smaller than 8 million pixels). Each artist may only submit 1 work of art (collaborative works included). On the website, completely fill out the registration information including a brief description of the work (100 words or less), and multiple/repeated submissions will not be accepted. Be sure to fill out the form in its entirety and submit this application before deadline. Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. The selection committee will review the materials of all international applicants and archive this material.
For the initial evaluation, the Organizing Committee will not accept photos or any original works by mail, and any submitted materials will not be returned.

5. Secondary Evaluation:
Initial evaluation results will be published on the website of the China Artists Association. No notifications will be sent to artists who are not selected.
Selected artists will be classified according to the location of their original works.
Artists whose works are in mainland China will post their original works to participate in the secondary evaluation process (the time and place of receipt will be announced individually). The original work must be properly packed, insured, and sent by a professional shipping company to prevent damage and loss. Please indicate your name (as it appears on your valid photo ID card) in the lower right corner of the back of the original work. Also write the title of work, the work's size (height × width cm), and your detailed contact address including postal code, your contact phone number, and exhibition name in the lower right corner and remember to append a copy of your valid ID card too. All unsuccessful works will be returned to the applicant.
Due to customs quarantine regulations, uncertainties in international logistics, etc., original artworks outsidemainland China will undergo a virtual secondary application using previously submitted digital images. If selected for inclusion at the Biennale, these works will be exhibited in a digital/online format.
6.Please note that all works submitted to the exhibition must be original works of artists. It is strictly prohibited to imitate, copy or reproduce works by others or oneself. Any legal disputes arising from the selected artworks are the responsibility of the artist to settle, and the artworks will be announced disqualified on the website of China Artists Association. China Artists Association has launched a selection and identification system of previously exhibited artwork. Any duplication of previously exhibited artworks will be strictly prohibited.
XIII.Artist Benefits
1. All selected works will be returned after the exhibition.
2. Each participating artist will receive a biennale catalog with published work.
3. The organizing committee will issue certificates to all participating artists.
IX. Please note that the organizer reserves the right to exhibit, research, photograph, video, publish and publicize all submitted works.
X. By submitting their artworks for review and/or exhibition, it is assumed that participating artists have confirmed and are in compliance with all of this notice’s provisions.
